Ways to help
Work at Book Sales
We’re looking for volunteer Day Managers to help with a single day of our quarterly Book Sales. You’d be paired with a veteran volunteer to learn how a Book Sale is run from open to close. Once trained, you’d co-manage two sale days each year. There are many other ways to help make our quarterly Book Sales successful. Learn more about how to volunteer at Book Sales.
Help in the Lobby Shop
We have the nicest faces in our shop and we’d be happy to add yours! If you are happy to meet friendly people in the Library, this might be the place for you. Visit the Lobby Shop Volunteers page for details.
Sort Donated Materials
Sorting our donations is the first step in raising funds to support the Library. We have teams of volunteers who process incoming donations of books and media in 2-hour shifts once a week. Visit our Sorting Donations page for more information.
Support Online Sales
We sell donated books, CDs, DVDs, and video games through Amazon and eBay. We currently have an opening for Saturday volunteers to list donated materials on our Amazon and eBay stores. Must be available two to four times per month, have basic computer skills, good with grammar and can spot a typo a mile away. Learn about other Online Sales opportunities.
